Wondering if anyone else is having issues with the front inner fenders being sucked down into the tire at highway speeds? I will try and post a link to a video later. @JeepCares

Perhaps plywood could be installed there to reinforce?

We don’t have plywood in Wyoming we use rough cut.

There you go Trevor!

That's totally weird the fender gets sucked into the wheel. Might need to look at metal inner fenders.

How does this get missed in road tests prior and later in quality control? Yikes.

Jeep should have caught that....
ABSOUTELY . . . but I'm guessing it is not in the jeep budget for a set of Go Pro Camera's and the attaching arms for such Videography . . . beyond their scope of "imagination ! ? VERY DISAPPOINTING INDEED, and yes a total SHAME (SHAM?) that JEEP, once again, has failed the Faithful ! I'd be checking those Wrangler Jl's too ! ? This shit keeps on giving and I'm gonna consider just staying in my G.C. ! ? Then again, MAYBE, just maybe "they" will offer up some .10cent (inadequate) fix for Next Year ! ?

Is this happening on both sides? If a engineering design issue, I would think the problem would be inverse and happening on both sides. Would also think it would start popping up for other members who have also take delivery of a JT Rubicon.

I think there is more going on here to figure out root cause than to just say it is lousy engineering and failed product development.

Yes it is happening on both sides but the passenger side is not as bad. I think it is probably poor qc from jeeps supplier of the inner fenders.

I actually went to a boat show where they had the same red gladiator that I saw at the dealership and felt of the plastic side walls...holy crap these things are paper thin! Don't know how many miles we're on her but didn't see any rubbing

I do live in a very windy area and it seems to happen most at highway speeds when it is pretty windy.

Im following this pretty closely as I'm about to pull the trigger on a JT Rubicon. Has @JeepCares or anyone for that matter been responsive? If you get some sort of resolution, I hope you will share. Thanks for the heads up!
