So, Christmas Eve I was driving home. Then in the distance there was a faint glow from afar....
As I closed in on the light I noticed there was movement coming from the area. I approached the
Site and behold, there were eight reindeer stuck in the ditch!!! And hooked to the reindeer was a huge re sled.
I hollered out to the sleigh (Hello).... And it kinda startled me when a jolly little man all dressed in red hollered back.
I knew immediately who this was and that he was in need of help. So with a mighty pull from my trusty gladly I had him on has way.
And when I awoke the next more there was a token of his appreciation under my tree!!!!
And a not that said....
Merry Christmas to all and and to all... Merry 4 Whellin...

Love my Oracles. I did have an issue with a dimming brake light and Oracle took care of it. They replied quickly to my message and offered a solution beyond my expectation. From my end I was courteous and respectful in my communication, knew where I was in the warranty period (out of it) and was not looking to make any unrealistic demands or insult the product and company. What I got in return was great interaction and a very amenable solution. Highly recommend the lights and the company.

I had them from the very beginning , was on the thread here giving input into the design when they were asking what we would like, got the startup forum discount. There were perhaps five different designs, the one they went with was my favorite. They have been great and love the reverse lights. Actually thought the bright lights would be an inspection problem but has not……Jack

Congratulations on the new lights. I've had mine over two years with no issues.

There was an isolated manufacturing issue for a certain batch of JT Flush Mount Tail Lights (Part # 5882-504). We have corrected the process and have identified the batches. Feel Free to contact our customer support team at https://www.oraclelights.com/RMA

Thank you for your feedback.

They are great looking lights and I loved how bright reverse lights were.

Do yourself a favor and keep the proof of purchase in a safe place and keep your stock tailights.

I really like the looks of the flush tail lights and would like to replace the stock non LED lights with them. Every time I get ready to order them I read about another issue. It is a lot of money to pay for something that is not simply remove and replace.

I've had mine since they were released. Not a single hint of a problem. A good product is a good product.

These are literally remove and replace, maybe 4 screws/fasteners total? Took me like 10 minutes, 8 of which was sipping a beer on the tailgate.

I had mine for over a year with no problems. At some point I took them off to put on another gladiator. New gladiator had blind spot monitoring so I had to transfer my factory sensors to my flush mount tailights. The sensor bracket screws were made out of a metal that seemed to turn to dust in short order so I couldn't utilize all the screw holes because they either broke off or the Phillips socket was too deteriorated to remove the screw. I was able to use them though and they lasted almost a year before one side died. I only paid $200 for them used and there's no shortage of used flush mount tailights for sale but I don't think I want to gamble like that again. They just aren't made to last. This truck was also garaged and not submerged in water so the blind spot sensor bracket screws were just made/sourced by the cheapest supplier oracle or the manufacturer could find.

I've worked in manufacturing for almost 30 years. When you design and build something you use components that will endure the environment they are intended to be used in. This means oxygen and moisture. There are a host of ways to meet this simple demand in the manufacturing world. They no doubt add a little expense to the part but offer longevity to the customer.

A poorly made product is a poorly made product.
