Anyone use a Foam Gun (on your garden hose) not on the power washer? If so, are there any to buy vs stay away from? Chemical Guys is $50????!?!?

In honesty, I'm not bringing out my power washer every week.

Thanks.

I have the chemical guys garden hose cannon. I think it works great. it comes with three inserts to get the ratio where you need it according to water pressure. I use it every week.

I bought the one from chemical guys. Worked fine, but uses a lot of soap . Not a bad thing, just not expecting that. Built with brass fittings, seems like good quality.

I have poor water pressure at my house so I have a gas power washer I use instead of just attaching to the garden hose. I do have the attachments from Chemical Guys and I think it works well. I would say in general, the idea of apply a foamy soap via a sprayer is a good habit for first step washing to help break everything loose and to theoretically lubricate the surface to help avoid scratches and swirls.

Used it a few more times and got the settings down. Works great.

However, the quick connect started leaking, so I have to check on that.

1) Pressure pre-wash using white adapter to get as much off as possible.
2) use foam gun w/about 2oz of good car wash and lather up the Jeep
3) two bucket hand wash
4) use pressure washer w/ white adapter to rinse off
5) dry...on my JK i used to use one of the squeegees but got worried about scratches...so now I use some really good micro fiber towels.
