I have a 2021 Gladiator Sport with automatic. It has less than 8200 kms and has been at the local dealer since April 13, 2021. The dealer needs to replace the entire assembly which consists of 4 parts. Three they have but the last one - shaft part # 68400375AA - has been back ordered from FCA since the 13th. Every day I call FCA and get an update. First ETA was 26 May, then 3 June, then April 23, then April 26, then April 30 or May 3. Today they tell me it is now May 6. They tell me it has arrived at Mopar Distribution in Montréal but cannot give me a tracking number. Extremely frustrating and this will be my last FCA vehicle. The only good thing - FCA is paying for a rental car for me!
