UPDATE 07/18/2019:
I ended up going with the Maximus 3 Stealth. We'll see how that holds up, especially since my EZPass has to also get mounted to it. I don't have my tags yet, so it's still just the bracket.
Other Options:
NJ requires one... jealous of those who live in states that don't... I've been googling and googling, looking at pictures, trying to decide. Figured I'd post a few of the ones I've found.
This is the (boring) stock one for the steel bumper ($21):
Nice and cheap. But I'll get a winch in a few months. So it will be throwing away $21.

Maximum 3 Stealth Front Plate ($63):
This is my favorite - but I'm having a hard time figuring out where the heck that "bolts on" to... I'm being lazy and don't want to drill holes.

Maximum 3 - Low Mount Bracket ($63):
I kind of like this one, but the plate looks like it's hovering a little too low... maybe....

Cascadia 4x4 Flipster ($105):
I like this one a lot too - but I don't like that it hides what is behind it...

JeepsNeeds EZ-Plate 2.0 ($45):
Your thimble holds this in place. Great concept - but you do need to worry about it if you are using your winch, also it will fall right off if your thimble, or other similar device, is not as tight as possible.

Black Horse Off Road License Plate Relocator ($18):
Also cheap - and can go almost anywhere... but... would probably look pretty silly in a lot of places.
