Does this have the brackets with the rivnuts on the bottom? Also, the license plate holder (unless that can be removed from the sport bumper, I’m not sure)

Which brackets are you referring to? The ones on the metal skid that bolts onto the frame? If so, it does and it comes with the hardware too.

Does not have the license plate holder, but you can drill one on.

There's 4 brackets for the plastic bumper steel skid - two that mount low and hook around the bottom of the frame fangs and two that mount further up. There's also 8 large, angry f*cking rivnuts needed for I believe everything that isn't a Rubicon. Definitely needed for the Sport and Sport S and I highly recommend the tool and some chest flys.
