After driving my Gladiator home and parking it upon start up the next morning I got a "service electronic stability control" warning. Upon driving it I noticed the alignment was off and also my tires were rubbing the front bumper...something that wasn't noticed on the test drive. My gladiator has 3.5 in. Lift and sits on 35s. My question is after the alignment is redone do I request the dealer to swap to a different lift ....swap to an after market bumper, or do I just trim the stock bumper on this vehicle I paid alot for. The whole reason I had the lift and tires done is so I wouldn't have to worry about it. I've done a few Jeep projects over the years and said I'll just get it over with and pay upfront. But here I am about to get out the tools and trim the front bumper......what would you do?

Your “yaw” sensors are way out of whack. I’m guessing here, but I bet your steering wheel isn’t straight, as in way off to the left or right when driving straight.

Who did your lift, a blind person? They screwed the pooch if your tires are rubbing...anything.

@swsmith.ss001 First, Nice Gladiator! Question, is the steering wheel centered while driving down the road post lift? if the steering wheel is not centered while traveling straight down the road that message will pop up. I guess the Stability Control looks at steering angle as one of the criteria for operation. I got that message after I put the lift on my JL, I centered the wheel and the message went away.

Also with a 3.5” lift you should have an adjustable trackbar or your axle will be over to one side probably why it rubs

I had the dealership do the lift and alignment. I'm taking back in tomorrow morning, but all of you are correct with the steering wheel not being straight that's how I new the alignment was off. But it didn't happen till after I put about 100 miles on the vehicle. But do you think I should try and have the dealership give me a new lift or try to squeeze an after market bumper out of the deal, or should I just get it aligned and trim the bumper myself? Or will this alignment mitigate all rubbing to include going off road?

Is there some spacers installed behind those wheels?

35's should fit with a 2" lift, what is the backspacing on the wheels?

Honestly that doesn't look like a 3.5" lift
It is hard to tell in the pics but it is a 3.5 inch I had one on my last TJ. This is the lift thanks for the response.
