I have spoken with many Gladiator owners in the area, and we all think if we get enough support behind us; Best Top may take pity on us and create a full cab/bed soft top for the Gladiator. What do you all think? Would you like a high quality cloth like top and frame that could retract like a JK but contain the Gladiator in its entirety????

How about we try for a full soft top that rolls down TO the bed first? I'd love to have a soft top but refuse to get the dumbass man bun look-alike with drag. Give me a soft top that folds down all the way (or rolls up) to the back of the cab just behind the passengers and I'd buy it. I really think they'd have a winner on their hands if they did that, there's a lot of support on these forums for that alone.

To answer your question though, no, I would not like an integrated cover for both cab and bed. I want mine to be separate honestly.

Also, this is in the wrong forum area.

Lol, I didn't mean automatic, that's just 1 more thing to break or get gummed up and will undoubtedly make it stupidly expensive. I was thinking more along the line of a zipper maybe or something. Why are we stick with the Mopar horrible looking soft top?

I'd be interested, but keep in mind:
The body roll between the cab and bed will not only make that interface/gap a challenge to seal, it'll make the top "flat" structure bind on the bias (diagonal direction) in a full-flex scenario. This means you'll either have to design the frame absorb the flex, select a fabric that stretches in the diagonal direction (won't be waterproof), or leave the top fabric loose enough to flex (flappy, loud).
