Just got this email from a semi-local dealer.... in response to me asking when / what vehicles they are getting. Good news is they are getting them "any day".....

"We are suppose to get about 12 of the launch vehicles. Showing 2 Billet Silver and the White one.
We are taking deposit on the them. We are also selling them 5k Over sticker as most dealers are selling them 10k over. Let me know if you would like to come in and further discuss."

Suggest that you post the name of the rapist dealership so everyone knows who to avoid. And hopefully Jeep will read this forum and will know exactly who is a disgusting dealership that tarnishes the Jeep name.

Exactly, we know who sells at a normal reasonable price. Watch the sheeple pay ADM. Their loss. Nonetheless, these kind of dealers really chap my ass, I wouldn't give them the time of day...

Found one on the internet for sale. Went to jeep site and configured it with same options $10,000 over. This is BS!!!!!! It should be illegal for dealerships to overcharge you. This is probably why I will never buy one new from any of these criminals. As much as I may want one it looks like it will be years before I can get one thanks to all the crooked dealerships!!!!!

It’s jusr supply and demand. Without free enterprise we would just be like all the other socialist countries.... poor. It is up to the consumer to do the research on who is giving what deal and how much effort is worth the savings. There are tons of us who have been on here for years putting in a lot of research to save 5-10k there are others who’s time is more valuable and willing to pay a premium for just walking into any old dealer.

There is a lot of anti-capitalist crying going on in this thread. The price will drop sharply as inventory becomes available. There shouldn't be any damn laws on what a dealer can charge. They charge what the market will bear or they go out of business. There is a lot of hype right now as everyone wants one. If you had the only Gladiator in Houston wouldn't you charge a premium for it?
