Getting Katzkin Leather. Could Use Some Input / Feedback

I'm going to get the process started next week to have Katzkin installed. Just curious what everyone has who's done it and if anyone in NC can recommend a shop around the Charlotte NC area. Still trying to decide what route I want to go, weather it be a basic black or some kind of stitching. Working with a $2000 budget.

Show me what you got and give me some idea's. My jeep is Gator colored and has the charcoal looking interior.

When I ordered mine last year, I did it online and they give you contact info for approved installers in your area.

Thanks. I was trying to find some personal experience maybe. A guy I work with went with a approved dealer for his truck, one that Katzkin recommended and he had a horrible experience with them. There is a place about a half mile from my work that does it but I haven't stopped in there yet or looked at any of their online reviews.

Appreciate the link, but with the price changes and the last post being almost a year old I was looking for some updated info.

Actually almost 2yrs old

I had no problem with the installation on mine.
Dropped it one day after work, picked it the following day.
20k miles later they still look & feel great.

I like that color, wonder if it would match my Gator

My JT is Sarge Green and I love the color combo.
I think the tan would look great with Gator too.

Did you ever pull the trigger on the leather seats and have a good install experience? If so, which leather did you go with? I'm considering the XT for durability bc of kids, dogs, wheeling, etc. Any info is appreciated.

I did and absolutely love it. I went with Katzkin Leather and it looks as good as factory. Paid $1800 installed for the premium custom.

Look for it when it's on special. I got the custom for the regular price, they were offering 20% off at Christmas.

Good to know. I'm not in a huge hurry, but my neoprene seat covers are starting to disintegrate after a couple of years.

I’ve got leather on my Rubi, wondering if this would be nicer.

Good to know. I'm not in a huge hurry, but my neoprene seat covers are starting to disintegrate after a couple of years.

I did it in as close to the color of my Gator on the wings, love it! It turned out better than my expectations
