• Measure where you think it will go and use some painters tape to hold in place
• Measure and adjust as needed
• Stand back, observe it, measure for it being square and centered some more
• When happy with it start the application process with it in the final place you had it

Just had mine installed today. I did take off the Jeep emblem myself but was not confident in getting it straight, centered etc. I didn't do a wrap first or anything fancy just the letters. Here's the final result.

What do you folks have against “Jeep” is my question lol?….this whole swapping out the OEM letters for “GLADIATOR” seems pretty popular.

Jeep letters don't fill the tail gate where GLADIATOR DOES so it looks much better also you have JEEP emblems on the side so you have the best of both worlds. It is a Jeep Gladiator & it's not the same thing everyone get's off the lot. It has a tough look to it.

I took mine to a vehicle Vinyl wrap / tinting company and had them install it. It wasn't too expensive and they de-badge and rebadge vehicles everyday, well worth it.
