Funny I was just looking for info in the forum on canopies after coming across the same link.
I have had many trucks, soft tonneaus, hard three piece folding, but by far my favourite is a cab height hard shell canopy. I like the one in the link that has a slight forward lean on the rear.
Soft tonneaus are easy to use, but not real secure and easy for vandals. Tri fold hardtops a little more secure, mostly weatherproof, but more money.
Cab height canopys, pricey, but the right one can really look good, and so much more useable space. As for security about the same, as anyone wanting to get in, can with the right tool.
I think a color matched cab height canopy is worth it for me.
