My build sheet has been found folks! Not sure what the formula is behind it because I’ve been in JB since yesterday and I’m still in JB now.
What is a build sheet ?

It just lists everything that makes up your jeep. When it is found, it means yours has been assembled. If you click on finished orders you can see the sheet.

ETA if you click on the Nickname of a build you can see the sheet.

Thanks. I just assumed only when the window sticker could be found that's when I would know it was finished.

I think that’s a more accurate statement. My build has technically been done since Thursday night when it went to JB status. JB is the status for mopar accessory installation that happens outside the plant.
I don’t know the magic formula for when the build sheet is triggered because my randomly happened a day after sitting in JB. The window sticker SHOULD be generated when the build is totally complete and released to carrier for shipment.

Exactly right. My sheet was found on 5/28 and my sticker on 6/1. If no Mopar options, those dates should be closer together. On my JK they were the same date.

@icetea20 how many days did you have between the build sheet and window sticker? Did you track the status and see how long it sat in JB (assuming you had a bed liner and/or tonneau cover)?

@ciarraikerry as it stands now I'll probably be in the same time frame yours did. Mine went to JB on a Thursday late and it does have the bed liner and tonneau. Considering yours didn't have both and sat for 4 days I would assume that's going to be my rough time frame, unless they have been able to get that timing back down.

Mine was about 4 days between build and sticker. I do have both bed liner and tonneau. I didn't track too close as I assumed with the backlog it would be late June at the earliest before I heard anything. I'm slightly concerned that I haven't heard anything regarding an expected delivery date (even a ballpark), from the dealer. I plan to reach out to them Monday to see what they know.

Looking at the Order Tracking links on p. 1 here, mine reads “none” and “none” under build and sticker. Fair enough. But does anyone know why people with orders from 2019 are still on that list a year later with status “none“ and “none”? Seems like there’s a flaw in that tracking system.

I wondered that as well, could be they entered the VIN wrong. I have noticed there are a few from late 2019 that are now building, thought that was strange. I sure hope the dates were entered wrong on those and that they really haven’t been waiting since last year!

He’s been waiting since mid November! For the others, I wondered if they were like buggin who essentially canceled a build. This tracker will just keep searching for that VIN even if the factory never intends to build it.

Still "patiently" waiting for a legit update from my dealer, or better yet a phone call/email saying it's been delivered...I fully understand the issues around the country and production timelines, so a lot of this is just commenting in fun, because it'll be here soon enough and I'll immediately move on to impatiently starting upgrades and likely getting frustrated with those!

But really, is it odd to anyone else that I can't get an actual confirmation of where my truck is?! Maybe others have gotten more detail and it's a fault of my dealer...but to claim to have no idea where a vehicle is or when it will actually show up after it is moved to "KZ" is the frustrating part.

Whenever I get a shipment confirmation of any order, regardless of how big or small, I periodically check the tracking to see where it's at and when it will show up...if I was a car salesman or was in charge of my dealers inventory, I think I'd be on top of where every "order" I made was located until it hit my lot!

That sucks man, mostly probably because you’re nearing the end and just ready to be done and have it already! Refresh my memory, I don’t recall if they give you any delivery windows or not and if you know what day it went into KZ.

My rough timeline...28th (late) it was sent for bedliner, 3rd (afternoon) it was changed to JS - shipped to storage. Morning of the 5th I was told by Jeep Chat it was in transit and dealer said their system showed the same (KZ) - with an ETA of 6/1 to 6/15...Tuesday (9th) I tried getting an update from Jeep Chat and was told it was sitting at the factory with no shipping arrangements and bumped out the ETA - claimed their system was up to date/accurate as of that morning...all I get now from Jeep Chat is "it's in the shipping stage with an ETA of 6/8 to 6/22 (dealer has been adamant that it's been in transit since their system showed so on the 5th but I don't know if I trust that any more).

Like I mentioned before, I expected not to have my JT by early June with everything going on with Production shutdowns/delays, so my comments about that are all in good fun to pass the time...but to not "know" where it is once it is actually built, right up until it actually shows up at the dealer, is the shocking part to me. So I'm curious if others have gotten more realistic updates while in transit (maybe from their dealer), or if that's even available?

I only had the window of 6/1-6/11. For my JK it took 5 weeks after KZ and they could never give me updates. But that winter there was a polar vortex and trains weren’t moving at all.
