A local Gladiator that i spotted had his Bed sprayed from local Line-X company and the final touch was a glossy overlay spray which i love!
is there anything out there like that - that will give the appearance of a glossy look? i though it looked very cool over the dull factory spray.
...just curious. the company that did it wanted $600 to spray it over :headbang: no thank you!

I just had line-x do my bed liner, I chose the premium, it is a glossy and not nearly as abrasive version. It is much easier to clean, although it is much more about gathering footprints than the factory type liners. I will say after putting my Diamondback SE tonneau on it a couple of nights ago, I would have been quite chewed up if I had a regular liner, because I was constantly crawling around under the cover. I like the premium product which was a $100 adder over the standard product. I paid $575 including taxes installed.

I looked at a pre owned Gladiator at a dealer today that had an after market spray in liner that was glossy. I don't think I have ever seen one that was glossy before but it looked pretty good. It was not gritty like the OEM one and seemed like it was a little thicker and more like rubber. The dealer said that they use a local truck accessory place but he did not know what brand they use.

I can’t see paying so much for a bedliner that will get beat on anyway. I have the standard bed liner and paid $403 out the door. The original quote was $427 out the door, but I guess they were feeling generous when I took it in. Looks really good. Not sure about the difference in feel, but I couldn’t imagine why that would matter to me personally. Below is a photo of the day it came home. I had one in a Silverado and it did fade a bit over the 7 years I owned the truck, but it was parked outdoors uncovered 24/7. Even then I never thought “This looks like crap...”

Yeah you definitely got a premium spray on that because that’s a glossy look… My gladiator from the dealership is very dull… I just like the glossy look it just makes it nicer in appearance that’s it.

It’s a standard LineX spray as far as I know. I sure didn’t pay for premium. It doesn’t feel rubbery or smooth like others mentioned.
