Good service from Tyger

I bought the Tyger hard, 3-piece folding tonneau cover from Amazon and it arrived with two plastic end caps cracked, although it seemed to be well packaged. I did not want to deal with an Amazon return of the 64 lb. bulky item, and was only mildly upset by the broken parts. I contacted Tyger by email and submitted the proofs of purchase they requested, and photos of the broken caps. They sent me replacement caps promptly. I am very pleased with their customer service.

Are you happy overall with the cover? I like the price and it seems good but there isn’t a single review on Amazon of the hard cover.

Yes, I like it. It weighs 50+ pounds and is quite substantial for holding loads. It has thick rubber seals on the underneath, and clamps to attach it to the bedrail. It also comes with extruded aluminum adapters to work with the OEM bed rail system.
