Took it to the dealer and he tried "flashing" it . . . no help.

Told me they opened a case and ordered a radio. Said the parts would be here anywhere between 3 days and three months. Has now been over a week and no word from the dealer.

Reminds me of waiting for delivery on the Gladiator. Took over 17 weeks from date order was placed.

Anyone out there had their GPS repaired by a Jeep dealer? Any info or advice would be helpful . . .

Well it’s either the radio or the antenna both easy fixes just have to wait on the parts. Radio is super simple and can be yanked out and replaced in under 15 minutes
