Sometimes yes they mark up the money factor on some cars. Right now the tier 1 MF for Sport S is works out being 3.1%. I'm super familiar with leasing just wanted to know if Gupton would give the same discounts leasing vs buying.
Per Gupton himself, the only discount you qualify for with leasing is the default 5% below factory invoice. Neither incentivized financing nor leasing qualify for the additional 1%.

Cool, Koons will give the 6% off but then they mark up the money factor as well. I'll take 5% and the standard mf.

Sorry if this has been answered somewhere in the 112 pages but I'm not scrolling through it all, when you non-local guys order from Gupton, do you fly in and drive your car home or is there some way that they'll deliver it to you locally?
I’m planning on flying to Nashville and driving the new JT home. I’ve got some ideas about how to really enjoy that trip: Nemo’s tunnel, Great Smokey Mountains among the first.

Built JKUR to an F150 FX4, to my 2022 Mojave!

I am planning on picking my Mojave up in the afternoon, and hitting Nemo tunnel the following morning!

I flew in from WV, 45 minute Uber from the airport and a 440 mile drive home. Left at 7am, rolled in my driveway at 11:30pm ?

So, my wife is ready to upgrade from her JKUS to a 2022 JLU. After hearing the great stories here, I want to order from Gupton. I know exactly what I want, but want to go ahead and build it out on paper myself. I can't find anywhere to "build" a 2022. Have any of you been able to build one out with all of the order codes ahead of contacting Gupton? if so, where'd you go to do that?
I'd like to have it all built out on paper and just be able to email that build sheet to them.
TIA
you can use the 2021 builder on Jeep.com. Once you are finish send that PDF file to Daniel at Gupton for a quote on a MY22 optioned the same and he will send you the build out quote for you to look over as a MY22

Lol I got a shockingly similar email from our boy Daniel earlier today. Paid my deposit - where's my Jeep at? Can I Amazon Prime it?

I wouldn't use the 2021 build tool on Jeep's website as someone else suggested. The main reason being how some 2021 and previous a la carte options are now rolled into trims (like proximity door sensors or upgraded audio in higher trims). While you'd still essentially get exactly what you want, it'll complicate the road to get there, and since Gupton is an extremely busy dealership, this could get you bumped to the back burner when there's more time to take everything you want and build it out according to 2022 options and codes.

Instead, go here (https://www.jeepgladiatorforum.com/...adiator-jt-order-guide-updated-monthly.49791/), download the latest order guide, and use it to build your preferred order.

If you have questions on anything, post them in that thread and the community will be happy to help.

Bright White. I wanna be able to have some fun with it and not worry about scratching it up. And I can really dig the white/black color scheme. Went with saddle leather and will probably get a tan topliner to coordinate with it.

I have built three Jeeps with Daniel using the MY 21 builder on Jeep.com and two of them being MY22. It is easily done this way. Once he gets the pdf of what I want, he builds it as a MY22 on his builder and sends back a sheet for me to look over to make sure everything is correct. it’s a very simple and quick process.

This is what I did. Renee was quick to reply and got me quotes for the 2 different builds we're deciding between. Saving me a ton of $$$ over buying from local dealer. Now my wife has to decide which build she wants, hope to have it ordered by EOW. This will be her Jeep upgrade from her 2014 JKUS.

Thanks for the tips!!

Built JKUR to an F150 FX4, to my 2022 Mojave!
I have not talked to Daniel since the day I ordered on 10-12-21, so I emailed him and asked him to call me. Renee just called me back. She was very pleasant. She confirmed that my JT is DONE and waiting for shipping. She said it is unlikely it will come in time for me to pick it up next week. She also said the reason nobody is seeing their jeep arrive, is because there are not enough transport drivers. Back when they were getting lots of jeeps in, they were always different drivers. Now she sees the same couple of guys every time, and they tell her how backed up they are and they are short on drivers.

I told her that she and Daniel are LEGENDS and celebrity's in my eyes because of all the positive posts about them on the gladiator forum. She laughed it off.... but I was serious!

She asked me to post a message from them to the forum.

From Renee: (you have to listen to it with a sweet-as-can-be , smiling, southern gal accent):
"If ya'll would stop callin' so darn often for updates, we could get more done and get ya some of ya'll jeeps to ya!"

She said they don't know when the jeeps/truck leaves the plant. They know it is coming when it pulls in, and then they start calling folks whose jeep is on that load.

So, I guess we wait. Some more. ?

A few years from now this wait will be nothing....

Side note, she said her and Daniel are both off tomorrow. She also said she will be on vacation the week after Christmas.

Super helpful. I really appreciate this. I have been trying to NOT call or email Gupton for this reason. I know they are busy. This information is really helpful. There are a lot of us who have Gupton orders placed, so thanks for the update!

I'm glad I was wrong. I was just trying to save some people a headache since there are already plenty of users here who complain about poor communication with Gupton, but I guess when they're as successful as they are they have their methods to achieve the most efficiency possible.

Good to know!
