Harbor Freight Wheel Dolly

I use a dolly like this one found on Amazon. It works well with the 35s on my Jeep and with the 295/70-22.5s found on my motorhome.

Mine won't fit around a 37" unless the tire is off the ground. The way I use mine is to remove the tires from the JT. Put the tire on the dolly, jack it up a little. Move the dolly and tire into place. Rotate the tire to line up the studs and bolt holes. Push it into place, install the lug nuts.

That's also how I use the Daytona wheel jack. Much easier on the back when dealing with the weight. I have 37 x 12.5, but I'm pretty sure they'll work with 13.5. Worse case, you return it.
