Has anyone seen double hinge door hinges?

Ok, so here’s my problem. I like to run no doors most of the time (no doors are the best doors) with foot pegs mounted in the empty hinges. I keep a set of soft doors in the bed for when it rains or I’m away from the Jeep for a bit. But I have to remove the pegs every time I put the doors on. What I’m looking for is body side door hinges with two mounts (tubes?) so I can mount the pegs and be able to drop the doors in without removing the pegs. I’m considering buying some hinges and having someone weld the second tubes to them if that’s my only option. Has anyone else had this thought, and if so, did you find a solution?

2 problems I see:

The door would open into the peg

The hinges are aluminum and I believe cast so welding would be a pain and therefore expen$ive to do reliably.
