Need a better picture but it looks pretty stock to me from the one I can see.

The last picture through a screen does nothing to help. Need a clear picture from that angle closer.

Offhand, I would say no on the lift and it looks stock for an overland.

Yeah, simple - post the spring part numbers and look for spacers under the rear springs or above the front springs.
Hard to tell by looking .

All a person has to do is a spring swap and change how it sits - mine is a good example of that.
Add 3/4" Daystar spacer set and you change it a bit.
