HELP - CANNOT UPLOAD PICS FOR MARKET

I get this error message when I try to upload a JPEG of my Jeep. I reduced size significantly, same issue:

001.JPEG

The uploaded file was not an image as expected.

Is this the actual file name you are trying to upload? If so, maybe change the file name extension "001.JPG"

Assuming its not a limitation as a new member. Open a browser window drag the photo to the window, then try to save with a new name and see if that works.
