Think I may have discovered my front end clunk culprit.

The top shock bolt was finger tight. Whatever spanner monkey that put the paint check on it was an idiot.

my question. Is there supposed to be a nut on the rear side of this? The other side doesn’t have one and I’ve tightened it down now. Leads me to believe it’s internally threaded?

Internally threaded. Wouldn’t necessarily blame the installer. My passenger side has come loose 4 or 5 times. Next time it’s getting some loctite treatment.

It’s easier to blame someone else. And thank you!
