High Altitude with export mirrors.

Took my dad to the local Jeep dealership to look at some Grand Cherokees and inside the show room was this "High Altitude" edition sitting all nice and shiny. What caught my eye was the "export" style mirror indicators that were installed. I haven't heard of them being installed on North American model Jeeps. I took a look at the sticker and part of the package was "Exterior mirrors with Supplemental lights". Thought it was interesting and wish mine came with them.

Didnt know that. Still pretty cool. I wonder how much wiring difference there is to get it to work on mine. I know there are threads about doing this, but that was with export model mirrors. Wiring the same?

I’m hoping it’s not too bad I want to do it to my Rubicon when I finally get it.

May be standard on 2022 HA, but not on my 2021 HA...

It shouldn't be too hard to wire up. Run the wires through the door to the connector and add matching wires on the jeep harness and tap into the turn signals.

Standard in 2022 for sure, because it's there if you try to build one onJeep.com as a 2022 or as a 2023. Don't know about 2021. But it's standard now. And has been for at least 2 model years. I'm sure the price was raised to make it standard though, like when they standardized the 8.4 inch screen on Rubicons

I can say the HIgh Altitude model is for me. When I started looking at Gladiators I was just going to buy one of the Sport Models, Willys, Texas Trail, Altitude, Sport S, etc., but being a street guy and almost no off roading I have come to want the High Altitude Model just because of its streel looking appeal and smoother ride. I now own a Ram 1500 4x4 Crew Cab and it has a lot of painted accents and I really like the look, so you can see why the HA suits me just fine. Severa; dealers in the DFW area have many in stock, so I'm just waiting for the Jeep Incentives to kick in on the 2022 models and see how I can trade with my Ram. New Incentives should come out on Sept. 7th as the old Incentives will go away on Sept. 6th.

Look at ordering from Gupton too. Especially if you can’t find exactly what you want, although HA pretty much just comes one way I guess. I got a rubicon that can be had about a billion ways Couldn’t find one built the way I wanted it nation wide especially for almost 8k off MSRP.

No need for Gupton, dealers in the DFW area have some 300 plus Gladiators in stock, several High Altitudes all with options I would order, if ordering. Most are White in color, just my color of choice.

Yeah man long as it checks the boxes good to go. Definitely wish mine was that easy. I think the HAs are cool man.
