So I've had on my Amazon hinge covers for a long time now and they met their match with a bad storm the left my jeep covered in a half inch of solid ice. I didn't think anything of it until it was too late but when you open the door the ice basically gets in all the nooks and crannies of the hinge and will rip them off. Just a heads up
