Houston - some Jeep meets coming up

Just in case you weren't aware, there are a few meets coming up that should be pretty good for the Jeep crowd.

The first one is July 27th at Southern Kitchen in La Porte. Starts at 11:30 a.m. and there are prizes for different categories.

The second one is August 3rd at Coffee & Cars at Memorial City Mall. If you haven't been to this before, it's a great event and you will see some really awesome vehicles. There is usually a Jeep section in the other parking lot (away from the Lamborghnis and Ferrarris LOL) and it's a pretty good turnout.

I'm not affiliated with either of these meets, just thought I would post and if anyone was interested, we can find a place to meet up before the big meet and roll in together so we can all park near each other instead of being spaced out everywhere.

I'm not sure where in Houston you reside, but the West Houston Jeepers facebook group has a ton of meetups. Great group of people. I work a lot but we make it to events when we can.

There will be giveaway prizes done every 30 minutes. Elevation Jeeps is a really cool place to get work done on your Jeep and the people there are super friendly. I recently had a lot of work done to my Gladiator by them and they did a great job. Plus, they have a badass shop Gladiator there with all kinds of goodies on it that is cool to see.

Thanks for the heads up about Elevation Jeeps. I am looking for a quality shop that enjoys talking to people rather than down to them. As a newbie I am running into a lot of that with my questions.

Did any of ya'll make it out to Elevation Jeeps for their event I posted? If not, it was a good turn out. Lots of prizes were given away and some of the Gladiators I saw there were top notch.

I did go to the Elevation shop a couple of week and I met Adam, the owner. Very personable I will certainly bring my jeep to him first when I’m ready to have some professional work done on it; So thanks again! He treated me more like an enthusiast as opposed to a sale.
