If you recall, I joined a few months back when I was driving a rental Sport while F150 was in the shop, looking for info. Well, I’m back looking again. Was looking at new 2020 models, but came across a certified pre-owned Rubicon for about $44,000 - auto, 3-piece top with headliner, bedliner, cold weather group, leather trim, cargo track, tow package, black wheels, steel bumper, LED lights, aux switches, active safety group. Just over 33,000 miles (EDIT: Added because my dumbass left it out in original post.)

Price seems right, but should I be concerned about mileage? The Jeep CPO gets me additional 3000 miles/3 months on original factory, plus power train out to 7 years/100k. One owner (commercial vehicle) with no accidents.
Thanks, look forward to hearing what the experts have to say.

Yeah, that would have helped. Duh.

Just over 33,000 miles.

33 thousand miles huh? Id make a firm offer of 39. That would be a better price. Ask yourself exactly how often are you going to use lockers and IF you really need all the flash. I bought my sport s 2020 for 42 all in. Next to 0 miles and in addition it had 33's and wheels and rough country steps and 2.5 leveling kit. I think before long they're going to be stuck with a glut of JTs. Just my opinion. I'd tell them straight up 39, not one penny more. Cause thats what its worth considering its used.

Why not look at ordering? Can find 8% below invoice. My Loaded 2021 Mojave will be 54K. "0" miles.

I don't know if that is a great deal or not! It sounds fair! Most keyboard cowboys are going to share their own amazing deals. It would be impossible to follow such great negotiating skills. Pick out a truck you like, get the best deal you can and enjoy your new Gladiator. Good luck OP!

I would want the peace of mind of no miles if I could afford a new one. For me, I’d buy a new, lesser optioned truck for the same money. If you order from one of the dealers on this site ( I did not) you can get a great deal on something new

I picked up my JTR new for 53K and there was zero room for negotiation. Jeeps, Toyota trucks, etc. are almost a better value buying brand new unless you are attached to an older model.

That's too much for a year old truck with 33K miles. I've bought used, and got good deals, but the mileage was reasonable.

You can also look up the original window sticker on researchmaniacs.com to see what kind of depreciation you're looking at and to get an accurate look at what options it came with. 8% below invoice is pretty easy to come by these days on a factory order.

I see you're in Central FL, and that picture looks like it might be in Lakeland. They were willing to take off about 8% from a build with just emailing them and asking for a quote. You should have some room to move with them. They seem to move a good amount of units and are willing to work with you.
Nice looking truck though. I've owned a black vehicle before and have committed to not owning one again, but I do have to admit that the Gladiator in black looks the best (I wanted gator, but no 2021 gators, ended up with blue)

My JTR 6spd MT was around $45K (1% below invoice with Tread Lightly). I'm not fully optioned out, but I have 32,000 miles and about $10K in mods on mine now. A lot of people are getting more for their trades it seems than they paid, but the one you're looking at might have $3K in add ons at best. It does have a few options mine does not, but like some of the other comments, I'd say $39K-$42K would be better and try to get them to give you an extended warranty.

Welcome back. im with others on saying I would look at ordering for maybe not much more, BUT if you have the money, and whatnot, no one can tell you what you need to do / want to do.

Good luck! Good looking truck.
