But the 808 state is one of the worst states to buy a car in hands down; cheaper to fly to Cali buy it there and have it shipped and still save about $10k.....and that was back in 2000. I can only imagine it now

Seeing about 21% off MSRP here for Rubicons. One being advertised at 49k with MSRP of 63k so yea I think you can do better on that Willy's.

I got virtually this same Willys from our local dealer for that price and I bet had I haggled on the trade a bit more it would have been even less.. The vehicle is a great package but the sticker price is absurd, as are all the JL/JT prices.

Pricing has gone insane. I paid 38,000 for my Willy's in '21. How is it Jeeps are going for over 50 - 60 or even 70k these days.

The escalation of car prices in general has gone completely mad.

Oh but I'll just lease it so I can pretend Im paying less.

There are 2023 Rubicons for cheaper than that. My Willys was 42k. There are dealers selling them at 20% off MSRP. If Jeep thinks they are going to bring in 55k -70k 2024 models they are screwed. Most people will just buy a toyota and get your moneys worth. I dont know what Jeep is thinking, i guess they are trying to be the new mercedes benz or something. Jeep customers arent looking for luxury vehicles. Idiots!
