Hydro Blue JTR 6spd Build Thread

I took delivery this week of my 2021 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon. Here are the options:
- 6spd
- Saddle Brown Leather
- 8.4" screen and premium audio
- Cold weather
- LED lighting
- Aux switch group
- Trailer/Tow
- Body color hard top
- Front Camera
- Jeep rubber floor mats
- Jeep door sill gaurds (black)

The jeep had an MSRP of $55,555 and working with Kate at Courtesy Jeep in Eastern, PA we agreed on a price of $50,149 with them delivering to my house in Pittsburgh. The day after I took delivery, I went to the local Goodyear store and had 35" Goodyear Duratrac tires installed onto my AEV Salta (Black) wheels. At this time I also installed the Tazer mini. Today my assistant mechanic helped to chalk test the tires. The shop set them to 42 PSI, chalk testing showed I should be at 36, possibly 34 or 35.

Just got my reflector blank out plates from Michael Scholl on the FB Gladiator page, this is how it should have come from the factory.. stupid government regulations.

Like any true finance nerd, I created a spreadsheet to track completed and planned mods... I had to do something while I was waiting on my truck to be built. The grayed out ones are already done, the rest are my future plans.

Added KC Slimlight LEDs to the front bumper using the Quadratec HD mounts. I'm hoping these will still work once I get a proper bumper/winch setup.

Just wired up the BadgeGlow Aux panel, this thing is slick. Just waiting on Amazon to deliver some wire loom so I can finish up cleaning the wiring.

Recently added a cheap bed cover from amazon, it was actual meant for the little chevy truck but fits great! Was only $180 and keeps everything dry. I also added the Shadeidea sunshade.

Recently added a cheap bed cover from amazon, it was actual meant for the little chevy truck but fits great! Was only $180 and keeps everything dry. I also added the Shadeidea sunshade.

I ended up returning this cover, it popped open on me twice while on the highway. Ended up going with the Rugged Ridge Soft Roll when Quadratec was having the $50 rebate and $50 gift card promo, well worth the $175 difference!

Thanks! I spent an embarrassingly long time looking at all the options but went with AEV given their fit to the JT/JL. A few months later, still in love with them!
