I recently purchased a pair of rock sliders/ side steps from DV8. I tried installing the “bolt on” rails and noticed that the holes where the studs are suppose to line up are too small.

Has anyone else had to drill larger holes to fit their rock sliders/ side steps? Its pretty obvious that the holes are inconsistent too. Below is an example of the holes:

Yup, most of mine looked like that, I used a step drill on them to get my rock sliders mounted. I touched up the raw metal with some rustoleum.
