Installed Oracle Oculus Bi-LED headlights..and Fog lights and Diode Dynamics side marker bulbs

I’m really liking the Oracle headlights I installed today. They were simple to install with just a few tools and I like the look. Plus I feel safer with a higher visibility. At night we have a lot of wildlife that like to run out on the road. A nice cut off line too. I have some LED bulbs from Diode Dynamics for the side fender lights that are coming this week so hopefully it will all look more cohesive. Just need some fog lights. Any recommendations?

I haven’t adjusted them yet but they look pretty good. I’ll take it to the shop this week and do an accurate measurement on the concrete wall to be sure. It came with a tool to adjust the angle afterwards if needed.

Graphite Metallic. I almost got the Satin Silver to match the trim but couldn’t find many pics of them installed. I sort of like the contrast also. I wonder what the new Matte black look like...what did you get?

You made a good choice! Looks really good!!! I went with black, My truck is granite crystal with black flares and wheels so thought the black would look good

I ordered some with Halo’s. 5846-001 was the part number. I’ll post a pic when I get them on.

I got my Diode Dynamics box of goodies today! It took a couple weeks to get to Canada but worth the wait. I chose the slowest shipping option. Everything was well packaged with good color instructions. The bulbs you could change in a few minutes. No extra resistors we’re required for my Overland. The side markers were a bit tricky. Mostly because I was impatient and installed them outside in the dark with a flash light in the rain on the grass. Lost one of the Torx screws in the grass. Borrowed one less important from another trim piece. I hope to find it in the morning or order one if I can? Also it didn’t help that my Torx bit was a shorty and the screw was in a tight angle location. A long bit would have been much better. The job would have been easy if I just went to shop after dinner.

Anyways I’m really happy with the purchase. I’m not a lighting expert but the Diode LED bulbs have a similar tone to the Oracle Halos. I think they look good together.

My Oracle fog lights should come this week. I’ll post a pic when they are installed.

Looks solid! Did you have a second wiring for the halo's that went to the PCM?

I am asking because when you get the Mopar LED lights, to get the halos to work they require a separate wire to go from the lights to the PCM.

No, the oracle halo’s aren’t wired in the PCM. There is a separate wire for the halos that was wired into the cigarette lighter fuse. So when the truck is on the Halos are always on. The second option was to wire the Halos to an auxiliary switch and have more manual control of them. Oracle gives you the stuff to do both options. The factory LED’s would have the benefit of the halos being wired in properly. I did consider getting the factory LED’s however I liked the Oracle look slightly more and they cost less and easier to install.

In the daylight... the side markers are clear but have amber lights when are turned on.

That Lotus looks so small next to the Gladiator. Almost use is as a creeper when working on the Jeep.
