Figured as the time nears and people start securing deals, we could come up with a list of dealers willing to sell below invoice.

Is tread lightly going to apply to the Gladiator?

So post your below invoice deal.

I have decided to get mine at 100% under invoice. I'm going to steal the one at the Detroit Auto Show. The down size is I won't be able to choose the color.

I was reading in the JL forum a while ago and some dealers are promising invoice or below on the new trucks. We will see how it pans out.

I assume extra discounts don't work together.

I'm a Costco member - but I'm also a Chrysler Friends and Family.

If you assume extra discounts don't work to a car dealer I would assume you are correct.

6 percent under invoice is a deal, hope it’ll work for the JT also.

Some discounts do stack together. Both Costco and Tread Lightly are straight cash back to the dealer and can be stacked depending on the vehicle.

Does invoice include holdback or is that separate? So if I go for 6% under invoice, is that with them keeping all.of hold back or is it me getting 6% off that too?

    Example round numbers:

    Invoice 50k
    Holdback 1500
    I ask for 6% off of 50k or $48500?

So I ask for all of holdback and then 6% off?

From the other Criswell thread in the Wrangler forum.

Their standard appears to be 6% off the factory invoice listed price.

You can get an extra 1% to make it 7% using either Friends/Family Chrysler or Tread Lightly.

You can not stack on Costco (they don't actually get discount from Costco)

So their lowest price is 7% from invoice with the additional discount.

Sounds very reasonable to me. Especially as that includes destination and he charges a very reasonable $300 processing fee.
