so I bought a rubicon take off suspension, sold it without really looking at it to a buddy and the shop he took it to said hes missing bump stops and bushings and had to order them?

I'm pretty sure the crate i bought had everything pictured here, except maybe the black circular things on the lower right. Those aren't bump stops are they?

this photo was taken from somebody else, just so i could see if anybody noticed something missing. Thanks.

Only parts really needed for the swap are the springs and shocks. I'm not even sure the bumpstops are different between models.

If he is going wheelin, going to want front sway bar disconnects anyway.

yeah i thought i read about many people only changing out the shocks/springs, leaving the links and LCAs cuz they were the same.

The black round things are spring seats. All that is needed are the springs and shocks. The spring seats from his truck will fit. No need to change bump stops. I just put Rubicon take off springs and shocks on my Overland 4 weeks ago. If you look close you can see the shocks.

Your buddy’s shop is probably about to stretch him out reeeeeal nice. No need for bump stops. And what bushings are they talking about?? I’m surprised they didn’t tell him he needed new muffler bearings to compensate for the higher ride height causing the engine to be deprived of oxygen due to the higher elevation.

I guess no one read my write-up about swapping springs and shocks on my Overland and how I said no need for the other parts as they are all the same, even the part numbers matched.

The only reason the sway bar links and lower control arms are in there is because the were replaced on the Rubicon being lifted.
