I will end up switching to 275/65R/18
Nitto Terra Grappler- based off of several threads on this site.

Is there much of a market for the stock tires that come on the Overland?

The realistic answer is "No."
You will basically have to give them away. And when I say give them away I mean be happy if you get $50-75 per tire.
Wheels might be a different story but tires no. Sorry to burst your bubble.

I hate 18" wheels and tires. Had them on a Tundra and a Sahara JK and found shopping tires for them to be in a weird pricing range that was usually over priced for a given diameter size when compared to 17" wheels.

I would argue you would be money ahead in the long run getting both tires and wheels in 17" if you plan on keeping it long term.

No bubble burst- expected as much but wanted to confirm.... tire dealer will give at least $50/per so better than nothing and better than having them taking up space in my garage....

I posted my set of four OEM Bridgestone Dueller H/T 255/70/18 street tires with 1,375 miles on them on Craigslist and sold them in less than 24 hours for $500. The person who bought them was stoked and putting them on a Chevy truck that had a worn set of 265/70/18. Saved them 50% off new and made my new set of Falken Wildpeak A/T 275/65/18s 50% off. Win-win.

Tough loss to the Gators the other night. Was hoping UK would keep the winning streak against UF going.

Regarding tire dealer giving you $50 per tire, I'd take it and run. I'd much rather unload them to the tire dealer vs having to deal with people from craigslist trying to nickle and dime you to death. I just recently went through this selling stock tires from my daughter's Jeep. I was already selling 5 for the price of what 1 new tire would cost and they still wanted to lowball me even more. I just wanted them out of my garage.

I would advertise them and see who bites. I was able to sell the tiny tires that came on my JK Sport to a guy who was restoring an old Chrysler mini van. The whole world doesn’t drive Jeeps and run a need the biggest tire around.
