I was having the same problems. Finally got a build sheet and pricing late yesterday. Looks to be 12.5% off MSRP. I will do some comparisons with what others have sent me. Does make me nervous but I am in no hurry.

After a long 2 and a half months, I finally took delivery today!

David was a breeze to work with, and kept his word on the pricing we agreed on. At 7% below invoice, NO Doc fee, and Free Lifetime power train warranty, this is the best deal I've seen. David even gave me a sweet new Jeep hat.

When completing the paperwork, the finance person offered me the Lifetime Bumper-to-Bumper Warranty for $3,645. I turned it down, and she offered to take another $500 off. I still didn't take it, but it might be worth it for someone else.

Seriously, hit up David if you're looking for a great deal, and an easy buying experience. Most of our communication was over email and text, but he takes calls as well.

That's a little over a three hour drive from where I'm at in Alabama. I'm still keeping this guy in mind if I can't find any deals here when I get ready for one

this is great to hear. I ordered from him back in early june. I'm now in D1 status. I'm glad everything turned out well. He didn't mention to me about the free lifetime power train warranty though. Did you know about that before going into the dealership that day?

Yep, I posted about the Free Lifetime power train warranty in this thread. I have the paperwork for it, and will try to scan it and attach it to a post on this thread when I have the chance. The purchase price was the real deciding factor, but the lifetime power train warranty was a nice bonus.

Attached is a copy of the Free Lifetime Powertrain Warranty Beaman includes with every vehicle. The picture shows which parts are included, and examples of excluded repairs. David says they'll honor the repairs at other shops if you don't live nearby. I guess that would make your local dealer the "Issuing Dealer's assigned repair facility."

This warranty won't come into play until your factory warranty expires at 3 years or 36,000 miles. The first 5 years has no deductible if repairs are made by the dealer or issuing dealer assigned repair facility. After 5 years, there's a $300 deductible no matter where the vehicle is repaired.

Picking up my Gladiator now. David at Beaman is great, and is a really honest guy. This has been my best auto buying experience. I will be buying from him again for sure. He is no longer doing the 7% under invoice due to the FCA not accepting the affiliates discount, but he is going to honor those that have already ordered. He said he was going to come up with something to remain competitive (maybe 5%?). Special thanks to @jhale1800 for this thread.

I gave up on David and Beaman. I couldn't have tried harder to put together a deal. Nice guy, but just wasn't responsive and got facts consistently wrong. I was instructed to purchase Tread Lightly a couple of weeks ago by him to get 6% from invoice. Knowing that the Gladiator was not part of the program, and that it would only add 1%, I tried to communicate these facts. I was told I was wrong, and that I needed to purchase right away. I did. Guess what, the best I got was oops. and we're not offering that deal any longer. The interesting thing is that a poster on this site was authoring comments regarding the great deal that they got from David - literally in the same minutes he was telling me they don't do that deal any longer. I couldn't run away fast enough. My order is in at another Nashville area Dealer with an extremely easy/pleasurable experience. I wouldn't go to Beaman to have my oil changed, let alone purchase a vehicle from them. Horrible experience.

Do you have paperwork, with pricing that you could share with us? I'm working with a local dealer and he's offering to sell me one @ invoice. But how do I know what the invoice price is? I'm not usually one to haggle a lot , but this is gonna be a BIG purchase!

I gave up on David and Beaman, as well. After several back and forth texts over the course of a couple weeks. He responded the first time fairly quickly that they'll do 5% below invoice with their financing, but I couldn't get him to send a quote on my build. There was always an excuse and him saying he'll work on it and send right away. I wasn't going to beg him to sell me a $40k+ truck and couldn't handle the complete incompetence. I now have an even longer drive, but am very happy with the experience that Travis at Tri-City gave me!
