Issues with Tazer JL Mini

I just installed the Tazer JL on my JT. I can't get past the Antenna screen with Lightshow under it, when I press the buttons as outlined in the instructions, I get a message "Key Not On". Has anyone else seen this? Anything I should quadruple check?

I also updated it to the latest before I installed it.

Jeep needs to be on RUN, not ACC.

Thanks, that allowed me to get past that screen. Still have issues, but have to call it a night, will update later.

Now that I can get past that screen, my only options are DTC, Clear CEL, Reboot, Software version, JL model, UNMRY00FD and NONVIN with some number. This was the first time i have connected it to the vehicle, I was assuming that I would have to marry the device to the vehicle, but I don't get that option. The other weird thing is that the live functions all work. I have emailed Tazer to see what they have to say.

to update what the issue was, my new tazer was somehow married. I worked with the vender and Z automotive to get an unmarry key (at no cost) and now all is well and working as it should.
