Finally something other than "I bet it's the battery".
No, that doesn't sound like battery ......... sounds like a wiring/connection issue.
The fact it started fine indicates there's enough power there to crank and start it, and the two batteries are in parallel when running so the voltage should be the same at each point, or very close.
Too bad you have to actually run the off road pages or be sitting with the cluster to display voltage. There should be oil pressure, voltage on display at all times, none of this "I have to change displays to see the voltage".
Good grief - my OLD cars have volt meters, oil pressure and other important info always on display.

Ownership doesn't necessarily mean interference.
Some companies own others and let them operate pretty much independently other than perhaps sharing technology or assets.
Ford owns Motorcraft, but Motorcraft is free to make parts for any company they choose.

Unfortunately Volvo is now owned by Geely, the Chinese conglomerate.

This has actually been great for Volvo because Geely poured money into Volvo that allowed them to develop an entirely new architecture, including chassis and engines. Geely has literally been a savior to Volvo who lacked capital to keep up with VAG and Daimler Benz and BMW.

But what Geely also did is raid Volvo for their safety intellectual property and spread it around their product line. Which incidentally is also what Ford did. The difference here is that it's providing a competitive advantage for a Chinese company.

Purchases like this is how Chinese car makers have gone from a laughingstock to globally competitive in 10 years.

I have had a spare something-that-gets-me-to-work-and-back for about 8 years now. Its great having the piece of mind knowing I have an out if one goes down for maintenance, mods, etc. The truck I traded in for my JTR was a 2013 F150. I needed the spare vehicle more than once for that truck. My spare these days is a 1987 F250 with a 12v cummins swap. By far the most reliable truck I have built/owned. It handles towing and work duty like nothing else.

All that said, my cousin-in-law drives a JL Moab that is currently stuck at the dealer for what sounds like the very same failure scenario. Both batteries swapped and the same thing is happening. Ill keep an eye on this and send it his way should it prove helpful.

UPDATE Friday afternoon
I stopped at the dealer this afternoon, when they pulled the codes it equaled 3 complete pages. The service mgr. said he's never seen that many. They where looking at the battries 1st. I mentioned about the wiring harness and the converter problem he said he wasn't aware of that possibliety. I havent heard on anything else.

UPDATE # 2 Monday morning

Sunday, I drove by the dealer and saw the truck sitting outside. So, I just called and spoke to the service writer. He read the techs report saying that both batteries are in perfect condition, and it was probably a one-time glitch. I then told him that I've found it's not a one-time glitch and that it has happened to many, and in fact the rollback driver had picked up a Gladiator a week or so ago that did the same thing.
I proceeded to explain the wiring harness near the catalytic converter on passenger's side MAY be the culprit LONG SILANCE then he stated he'll have the tech check it out. I stated what happened should have nothing to do with the batteries, I've never in my life had a battery short out and then come back to lifelike it didn't happen.
We'll see what happens next.

Batteries can be goofy, but my experience of their goofiness doesn't match your experience.
Normally, when there's an open, it's open. And normally if there's a short, there's a short - although a rough ride can shake off the deposits internally that are causing the issue - when it's that bad they don't come back and test perfect.

Was told they didn't find anything, I asked about the harness was told no didn't look at that if I want them to look at that they can bring it back in but that won't be until next week. The stupid SOB couldn't take 10 min. to put it on a lift and look.
What happened to the mechanics that could trouble shoot and diagnose a problem? It seems like today all they are parts replacers. Plug it in and it'll tell them replace this thing.
Upon talking to the service writer, he said my truck is in the recall for the fuel pump fiasco, but parts won't be available until THE 2ND QUATER OF 2023. I then said so if a vehicle becomes inoperable it's goanna sit until March-June? he said yep.
So I picked up the truck Mon. evening and drove it home didn't have any trouble but I'm looking for a replacement and it won't be anything Jeep-Ram.

I can pretty much guarantee it’s where the a wire rubbed through and Is grounding out and killing the batteries while it sits I had the exact same issue and had the exact same responses from the dealership at damn near the same amount of miles. Reach out to Jeep Cares to expedite the issue and they’ll take care of you.
You can ask your dealership to reach out to mine, Heritage Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep in Parkville MD, and I’d like to think the service advisor Tommy would be able to help. Let them know Wayne Ruthke’s Jeep and I’m sure they’ll remember. My Jeep was at the dealership for more than a month with this issue.
