Ram, LJ,
Just wanted to give you guys a reminder to inspect the engine fluids occasionally even though its a new vehicle. I heard from my dealer and they were able to diagnose and fix the issue, turns out that one of the coolant lines was bad and had a crack. It got up to 258f before I caught it and got pulled over safely to cool the engine down. I put 2 litres of water in, drove home and it was having similar issue once I got home. Fortunately no damage is done and an easy repair to change the hose but If I had checked I would have noticed sooner the lack of coolant in the overflow bottle.
