I guess it's the individual Dee. I've ordered from Quadratec several times and have had good luck and good service with them.

This. I've spent WAY too much money with them over the years, and maybe I'm just lucky, but I've never had an issue with anything I've ordered.

I will definitely buy from them based on three purchases now. Once they ship we are at the mercy of the carriers. This is the time of the year that all carriers are hiring temporary help.

When all goes well, Quadratec is good, when things go bad, the customer support has issues.
With RSE steps, They come directly (they were drop shipped) from RSE and RSE packages these steps with more foam packing than I have ever seen. I'm not surprised that they come in unscathed.

My steps also were ordered from Quadratec (I have a friend who is a Qtec dealer) and came in early and undamaged. Same for my Corbeau seats ordered thru Quadratec. Drop shipped from Corbeau.

Your install looks great and I'm happy we were able to help you avoid the body bolt issues.

I have to admit, this forum is allowing my husband and I to spend more time on a project together. Most of the threads I read far exceed my ability or knowledge. But, I like learning. Thank you all for sharing
