I've named my JTR "Jane" to honor my Mother.
Bought in June 2023. Not a DD, so she is getting a lift and 37s. The stock 33s with rims will be for sale after removed.

Just ordered the Clayton 3.5" Overland kit with Falcon shocks.
Also ordered Artec Falcon shock inner fender liners.

Living in SoKal, I think it's just a matter of time before someone comes for my catalytic converter and as long as they don't show up with a tool kit, it will be more difficult to access...I hope.

Other mods, so far have been a sliding hard tonneau cover and utility rack. I also installed a Next Venture Motorsports front bumper to retain my LED foglights and to flat tow behind my Class C RV.

Lift to come!

The Front bumper with Fairlead license plate mount. Also in progress are some offroad lights. It came with a 20" bar, that I'm still working on how to mount.

Scored some black Friday deals, piling up in the garage.
-3.5" Overland Plus COR lift with Falcon Shocks
-Artec Inner Fender Liners for Falcons
-Tazer
-Midland GMRS MXT575

Plan to tackle the fender liner and Tazer this weekend (Four day weekend). Radio, if there is time remaining.

Lift is probably not going to be installed until Christmas Vacation time. New Years present will be 35s or 37s and Bead Grip wheels.

Priorities pushed the fender liners install...
So decided to install the Midland MXT575 today and a 3dB gain antenna.

Weekend Update: ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?

Artec Inner Fender Liners - Working on painting and upcoming trip before lift. Also, I had to order enamel, so on hold.

I installed the Tazer Mini and it's awesome!!! Just a few hand scratches and frustrations during install. It will come in handy after the COR 3.5 lift and 37s are installed.
Has anyone bought the extension cable? $30 is steep for cables, but curious if the dealer gave any friction, because it will be obvious....?

Midland GMRS MXT575; Install above. Feedback: I also got a pair of Baofeng handhelds to test and provide to those that may not have GMRS in their vehicles...(aka buddy loaners).

I sent my son and his friend off to test the range. He was quite far away...maybe half mile? After a while, it was getting scratchy and I'd have to go outside. Eventually, I tried moving to the Jeep. He could hear me much better and he was loud and clear with the 3dB gain antenna; 10-4 loud and clear!.

I'm looking forward to testing it all off-road.

I had an idea of installing the Invisibrake my self, but I'm going to leave this one to the experts. Drop it off on Monday.

Have a great weekend!

I use the Tazer mini with the extension cable and have never had a comment or trouble from the dealer. I think it’s hit or miss though, some dealers are a problem and others aren’t.

That name suits her well ! nice one
Thanks!

When a vendor dedicates an entire page as a warning, it does raise concern. Hopefully I'm not needed to go to the dealer too often, but I do have the 3 free oil changes, so I will probably take advantage of those.

I'm liking the features of the Tazer Mini so far. I downloaded the latest manual from their website, but there seem to be some features that are not explained. When I get it back, I'll have to make a list and ask questions.

I enabled the following so far:
-hood alarm
-reverse camera during turn signals
-trail camera over 20mph.

I also finished the wiring on my off-road lights and will be testing them this weekend.

That's 2 of 4 Aux switches used. 3 will probably be rock lights. 4 may be more off-road lights....we'll see after the lift is installed in the upcoming weeks.
