I just thought this was funny, had to share. Was reading about the Easter Safari, it said you can't drive an atv or utv on the trails for this event, but they use this photo on their page.

Anyways, were you guys saying Jeep often brings pimped out vehicles there to show off?

Yes, Jeep and many aftermarket manufacturers bring their modified vehicles to the event. Jeep always brings a fleet of concept vehicles. And while RR4W may not allow UTVs in the guided excursions, you will certainly see (and hear) many of them on every trail.

Oh just no utv on the guided one, gotcha. Does jeep normally bring modified vehicles that'll never see production, or
Do they also bring stuff we will actually be able to buy?

Both. Many of the concepts are pretty wild (dual hemis, etc) and will never be mass produced. But lately, a lot of the concepts have been highly modified production vehicles. Google Jeep Safari Concepts.

Here's the dual-hemi Hurricane. The crowd grew when they fired it up. The Gladiator was a concept the same year, 2005.

Absolutely, almost every year. They use EJS as a test bed of sorts to gauge interest and try out prototypes in real world situations. Jeep regularly sneaks future production elements into their concepts in one form or another. Many of the JL's design traits can be seen in older concept vehicles from EJS. Aside from vehicles or design elements they also test prototype parts.
