Title pretty much sums it up...... I'm getting ready to buy a set of 35's for my JT, and would like some recommendations on any quiet Hwy speed brands / model / series?
And maybe just as important, what are some of the noisier ones, that I need to stay away from?

Noisy-Any that look good on a Jeep :) Just the nature of the beast.

The Bridgestone Dueler's are the quietest AT I've ever had, but they're not very good in mud/snow and on the mild side of looks.

I love my Nitto Ridge Grapplers. 35x12.5's, regular rotations with every oil change. Quiet, and handle all types of terrain.

If you're just looking for an All Terrain tire (most anything more aggressive will be noisy) the
Continental Terrain Contact A/T is pretty quiet, and has decent traction.

I've had good results with my Dueler A/Ts in the snow.
The All Season H/T Duelers are pathetic.

BFG KO2s are the best all around tire and are pretty darn quiet as well. As far as to stay away from, anything Toyo or Nitto if you don't want to hear them. They are decent tires but they make some noise

I'll 2nd this choice. Just put 35 KO2's on this week and they're quieter than the OEM AT's that were on my JT when I bought it.

I have kenda klever rt's and they are very quiet. Federal couragias are quiet too for how aggressive they look. I'd say the kendas are quieter though.

My 35x12.5R17 Duratracs are very quiet for a mild MT or a very aggressive A/T.

The wind noise of a JT with hard top is the only noise I hear. (And the diesel)

I’ve had BFG A/T ko and ko2s. I lost sidewalls on two of them. :/

I was always a BFG guy; but converted to Duratrac.

If I went 37s, I’d for sure go BFG MT though.

edit: put duratracs on the wife’s QX too; she loves them. Infiniti luxury with Nissan Patrol performance.

KO2s are great ATs, but you can’t just lump all Toyos and Nittos together and say they are loud. They have a lot of tread patterns which are quiet. The Ridge Grappler is pretty darn good for a heavy hybrid AT.

I 2nd this. My 35x12.5r17s are pretty quiet. A little hum, but not bad. Plus, they are normally less than 1K for 5!

These are some good choices, to add to the list the Falken Wildpeak AT 3W is also quiet but it is currently on National Back order.
