No They Don't! This is honestly the worst experience I have ever had with a product and a manufacture's support. I have had a transmission leak since 2021. It is going back in for the 6th time. The last time 2 weeks ago they gave me the truck back, no leaks. Great but they forgot to add fluid to the transmission after they claimed to fix the leak. Took it back making noises and they call me the next day claiming its all fine, noise went away and there is no leak. Claimed nothing was done. Yeah I guess they realized no fluid.
Now the leak is back and I reach out to @JeepCares opened another case, took 5 days to get a case manager that did not call me, I had to follow up. Said she would take care of this for me and said she would call me on Friday. Today is monday and no call. I have called twice and not available.
For god sakes what is going on with this company. Do they think we will continue to buy their product no matter what support we get?
