Actually you get more standard equipment in Australia, than what we get in Canada and the USA.

We also pay a premium for the honour ... we are also despeced in other areas - 31" tyres is one that comes to mind quickly

Yeah all those extras were in the two different packs.

One thing I prefer that we get is the different bonnet/hood. Looks a bit tougher I reckon
Also get indicators on the mirrors which look a bit different....and I believe we get a matching spare wheel?
