My first post so sorry if this is not the right place to do so.
A huge shout out for Decked!
I found out that Decked was located in Ketchum Idaho so I called them direct to go ahead and order one for my 2021 Willys. Figured that I could make a day trip of it with the wife and cut down the ship time as I'm just 2.5 hours away.
I called Decked to place an order and talked to Ryan. I explained what I wanted to do but Ryan informed me that this was their headquarters and that the factory/warehouse was located in Ohio so they would still have to have it shipped. I said that was too bad and explained my plans and that we were a bit disappointed but oh well, is what it is.
Ryan goes why don't you have it shipped here and we can install it for you. I asked what that would cost and here's the kicker....he said no charge! WT?
Said that they had not installed one on a Gladiator yet so would be fun to do. Just let him know when I ordered it on line and he would track the shipment for me and call when it arrived. The wife and I could go have lunch or go shopping and come back later to pick it up.
Long story short, product arrived, Ryan verified that all was good and called me to come on over. We arrived, met Ryan and Matt both super down to earth nice guys! They gave us some suggestions as to were to go grab some lunch. They figured maybe 2.5 / 3 hours to finish since this was their first time dealing with a gladiator. We came back back an hour earlier and they were just wrapping things up! After giving me a quick rundown we were on our way home.
All I can say is this thing is built like a tank and couldn't be happier with my choice. All the you tube videos do not give it justice, quality is top notch and the drawers roll as if on ice.
I cannot say enough about how we were treated by Ryan and Matt, their customer service was above and beyond!!
