Just installed the JL Curt Trailer Light Wiring Harness.
Took about 1.5 hrs to complete.
The most difficult part was running the + wire to the battery up front.
It was all plug-n-play. My Class 3 hitch was $49. So about $115 to tow.
I installed my new Spyder sequential smoked LED taillights at the same time.
This was a helluva lot easier than all the horror stories I read on the Mopar install.

How do you run the wire to the battery? Does in go on the outside or through the interior?

I did my install the other day and it was much easier to run along the passenger frame rail then inside

I got my wire fish out with the intent of running through the frame but ended up zip tying to the top of the existing small harness on top of the right frame rail, then coming straight up to the battery.

I used corrugated tubing to protect wires from chaffing where they exit under the turn signal over the 2 steel dividers to the exterior, and heat shrink tubing on fuse holder and + wire connections.

I've done both my Mopar harness failed. Ran mine through the interior but I was removing the Mopar harness. Much easier install.

A lot of people run the wire through the frame.
I just did mine and ran it inside the frame rail as a safety precaution. Word of warning, the back half of the frame is a PITA, the front half is a breeze with a fish tape. If you get stuck, I used a piece of Romex to snake it from hole to hole because there's a bend in the back half of the frame which my tape didn't go through very well.

It took me about 3 hours, but if I did it a 2nd time it wouldn't have taken me more than 90 minutes.
