So this is the tonneau adapter that comes with Yakima cross bar adapter. This allows you to put cross bars above your bed and over certain tonneau covers. I done need anymore. My bed rack came with new ones. No hardware included. You will need the nutserts and the bolts to use if you have the trail rails. Thanks. 100$
