These look like they would be great for anyone with a Tonneau Cover (would assume one of few would work with the Gladiator soft cover) the way they come out from the sides.

Do the mounts fit in the factory rail?

I’m not sure. I just grabbed the bike today so I have to think about it. The “problem” is that you can get the kb gladiator rack new for like 800$ this one, although similar, is adjustable for all trucks which makes it more expensive. Especially with the tonneau brackets. Ideally would just swap soft top for the rack. I’ll let you know. A local guy offered me 600$. Wish I could find a soft top for that price $$$$$.

Mounts fit in trail rail or it comes with brackets if you don’t have the trail rail system. I do know it doesn’t work with the mopar twill roll up tonneau. It’s so wide, it hits brackets. They do sell another bracket for that specific tonneau. The original tonneau brackets work great with mine.
