I wonder what they mean by "complete the order process"

It's also interesting that they actually say here "your reservation will be released to the next available customer." That is confirmation of a queue.

Ok, I spoke to Paige (at the concierge). Awesome rep. Super friendly.
She says that apparently this email went out to everyone. It should have gone out only to those that are not confirmed. I'm confused that there are people that haven't confirmed yet, but whatever.

She was super nice and did ask for my VON, she confirmed I'm still in D status, and that LE's do not start production until the end of this month. That email did not actually apply to me.

Although she said that I should feel comfortable to call at any time to get a status. However, she did also say that I shouldn't expect to see an update for a few weeks.

This email is probably going to cause them to get a floood of calls.

Has anyone who has a VIN and an estimated ship date talked to the concierge? Everyone says they keep telling them that production will not start till the end of May but I have an estimated ship date of May 16. Too lazy to call myself before anyone suggests that

I'm hoping I am not getting any information because my LE is going to show up Monday as a surprise along with a $100,000 check for winning the contest.

Its like when you were 13 and dumped a girl in a really awkward way. "Its not you, its me, give me a call if you wanna chat, but i'm camping this weekend." And then never talk to her all summer until you see her next fall and she kicks you in the balls because you were a jerk store!

This sucks guys, sounds like the opposite of the way we were all hoping the LE process would go.
