Not super jeep savvy... Had an '08 for 13 years and it literally had this EXACT same problem. This is my 2022 Willy's, purchased brand new not even 2 years ago. It's been raining like crazy here and this happens every time. Can't find the leak to save my life. Have already replaced all the door seals and any other seals that CAN be replaced. I'm stuck

There is a seal that runs around the windshield.

Take your wipers off, unbolt windshield and lay it down, check your seal.

Thank you. That actually makes sense, because however the water is getting in, its not visible... It just pools under the peddles. Like the door isn't wet, the seats not wet, just a puddle under the peddles every time it rains. Hopefully it'll stop raining here some day and I can try out what you said. Thanks again

That is nuts. If the window seal inspection that @kevman65 pointed out does not pan out, I would be looking at the hardtop or soft top.

All else fails, you may need to find a automotive glass company that specializes in water intrusion and employ their services.

Did you at all take this in for warranty claim and let the dealership mess with it?

Never even heard A glass company that specializes in that but I'm definitely going to look into that. I pay way to much to be having this kind of trouble already. I took it to the dealership and they said they couldn't find anything wrong with it and unfortunately they don't give loaner cars and my gladiator is my only vehicle. I showed them the pictures and thats when they replaced the door seals but I had to take a week off work just for them to do it. Got it home and the very first time it rains, same thing happens

It is a niche specialty. If you call a few glass companies that say they do not do it, ask them if they know of any that do. The closer to a larger metropolitan are, the better luck finding one.

The rear back window on the hard top have more than a few instances of leaking and many dealerships will contract out to a glass company that will leak check and verify it. They usually have a high volume spray bay or hose they use to check for leak intrusion.

Sucks to here you are not situated to push the dealership harder on this and make them fix it.

Until you get it figured out, I would suggest pulling the floor drain plug whenever there is rain in the forecast. That way, it at least drains in real time rather than pooling up and stagnating.

ntThanks for all the advice. Yeah I wish I had a second vehicle to play merry-go-round with the dealership too. Have the hard top too and so far that's the only leak Ive found. I did pull the plug and even keep a tarp over it if I'm home. Until I can get this figured out or can afford one of those set up garages. Now I have some leads to go on. Thanks again so much

Have you checked the weep holes for the freedom panels? I developed a leak a few weeks back and dug thru all the threads for answers. In my case it was the weep holes. Thread below they were not clear from the dealer.

I'll probably get kicked out for this but, I've never even heard of a "weep hole".... But that is definitely another lead I can check! Thank you thank you thank you!

Have you had the freedom panels off? Make sure they’re seated properly and the seals aren’t folded over.

Omg... Yeah all the time when it's nice enough. Never would have thought of that. Thank you so much... That's easy enough for even me to check lol

Mine leaked like a sieve when the front seal wasn’t seated properly. My floor board looked just like yours…
