So driving down the road the other day I noticed oak tree leaves randomly falling out from under the dashboard under the glove box.
once home I dropped the glove box and looked at the cabin filter area. I haven’t owned a Jeep before but both of my other vehicles have cabin filters.
I noticed that the filter area was filled with Leaves. The area just above the filter was open. I’m guessing this is open if fresh air is selected on the climate controller and closed if recirculating is selected.
my question. Is where are they coming from? The dealership had a lot of trees around the parking lot. But there must be a place where they are accumulating and then falling into the air system.
seems like a design flaw.
